Yoga & Meditation Classes
Research on yoga & meditation has shown that these practices generate significant benefits which include:
physical benefits to increase strength, flexibility and mobility

increased self-awareness
increased levels of compassion for oneself and others
Generally, the classes are held in a number of locations in Central London and New Malden. However due to the current COVID 19 related restrictions we have decided to increase our offering of online classes.
